Why should I use Simple Felicity E-Designs for?

• To save time. From when you first purchase your design package to getting your finished tell-all guide, the process can take up to 11-24 days at the most (this is based from constant client/designer frequent and swift communication standpoint)

• If you dont mind the DIY aspect of a room makeover, E-Design is the most affordable option for receiving a high end designer makeover by capturing your rooms potential

How long will it take to get my room E-Design?

• After completing Client Intake Form, payment has been processed, and photos along with room measurements have been received you can expect to receive your custom room design package within 24 days. Refer to Timeline above for more of a timeline breakdown

What do you mean "entirely online?"

• Just that- this whole process and client/designer interactions take place online

 

I'm really not tech savvy. Can I still use your services?

• Yes, its so simple since all interactions will be conducted through email. Besides general emailing back and forth, you will also need to send your room measurements as well as photos of your space- that is the most requirement on your part! The final digital custom design package will be emailed in a pdf downloadable and printable file. 

 

Do you work within a budget?

• Absolutely! We can work with any budget

• Please Note though that our ability to create quite a dramatic transformation will be determined by what you have set aside for the project. No matter your budget, your design guide may include items such as a new paint color(s),  a new rug or piece(s) of upholstery, occasional tables, lighting, window treatments and wall decor.

Can some of my existing furniture pieces be incorporated in the design plan?

• Yes, most Definitely! We really want to incorporate your own purchases and special finds in order to  provide personalized and affordable interior makeovers.

How will you know what I like?​

• Client Intake Form will help us to get to know you

• Frequent email communication between designer and client after every design stage will evoke room desires/goals, likes/dislikes, (etc.) & with such conversation will help to create the most appropriately designed space for you

• To submit any inspiration photos if desired

 

If I have an open floor plan, with two combined rooms how would that design work?

• In this situation, we strongly suggest you purchase a design plan for both spaces.  Rooms which open into one another tend to feel like a single space, and it’s not possible to truly transform the look without taking into consideration everything your eye sees in its single view

Will you make changes to my design guide if I don’t like something you’ve selected?

• If by chance we have missed the mark on an item or two, you may send us your thoughts and we will provide up to three re-selections at no charge per design plan

How often can I reach out to Simple Felicity Designs?

• As often as you feel during the duration of the project! Let us know what’s on your mind. Have any new ideas, concerns, more inspiration pictures, etc.~Just  shoot an email! 

Please note: After receiving your final design Guidebook (w/ option of three re-sections if required) this would be a case where Simple Felicity Designs has satisfied the mutual obligation to the Client

• If it comes to point of needing to talk on the phone- an additional fee of $50 per call will be billed

TERMS & CONDITIONS
You must agree to these terms and conditions below in order to become an E-Design client of Simple Felicity Designs:

1. E-Design is an online decorating consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction purposes.
2. Client agrees to provide full information regarding the client’s requirements for the project.
3. E-Design client agrees to correspond strictly through online communication. Client also agrees to additional fees of $50 per phone call or $75/hour for in-person visits if requested.
4. Simple Felicity Designs will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery & installation, or safety precautions in connection with the e-design project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any, subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the e-design project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.

5. Simple Felicity Designs cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for the E-Design project.
